Outdoor Project Photo Contest

The 2025 Issaquah Lumber Project photo contest runs from May 1 to December 31, 2025. Submit to: [email protected].

Winners will be selected by February 1, 2026. By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the contest rules and confirms they are 18 or older.

Eligibility:

  • Open to anyone 18 years or older.
  • Individuals affiliated with Issaquah Lumber (employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family members) are not eligible to win cash prizes. Still, they may submit photos for potential use in advertising or promotional materials.
  • Issaquah Lumber has sole discretion in determining eligibility.

Eligibility:

  • Photos of projects using products purchased from Issaquah Lumber. Please include the following in your submission: Company, First and last name, Phone number, Email address, Photo, Location of the photo/project, Project description
  • Projects can be residential or commercial and include decks, siding, stairs, fences, landscaping, or other exterior applications.
  • Multiple photos from various angles and times of day are encouraged.
  • Photos must be in .jpg format, with a minimum of 800px by 600px and 300 DPI resolution.
  • Cropped photos are allowed, but digitally enhanced or altered photos are not accepted.

Judging:

Judging will be conducted by an editor of a residential and commercial building/architectural publication and professionals in the built environment.

    Winner Notification and Publicity

    • Issaquah Lumber will notify the winners by February 1, 2026, using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
    • After the contest, winners’ names and photos will be posted on the Issaquah Lumber website and social media platforms. Some non-winning images may also be posted.
    • Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes.

    Release of Liability

    • Entrants release Issaquah Lumber and its affiliates from any contest or prize use liability, including personal injury.
    • Issaquah Lumber is not responsible for printing or production errors.

    Agreement to Rules and Rights to Photographs

    • By entering, contestants agree to the Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Issaquah Lumber, which are final and binding.
    • All entries and photos become the property of Issaquah Lumber and will not be returned.
    • Entrants must own all rights to submit photos. Submission grants Issaquah Lumber unrestricted rights to use the images for promotional purposes, with potential credit given to the entrant and their company (if applicable).
